Terrible service over the phone, said they would call back and never did, went to the store and they said they forgot.. then said they would call when someone was available to install floor, still haven't got a call. Staff was friendly and helpful when I came in though.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect type of flooring. The installation team was extremely professional and did a superb job.

Excellent to work with and Huge selection. I've used Carpetland twice. Nothing big but they were helpful and friendly and I appreciate their attitude toward even the small buyer.
