I would give this store a zero if I could. I deal with several parts stores and distributors and this was Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The clerk at the front counter, Bob was completely rude and condescending. After dealing with Bob I dealt with the store manager I think it was Bill. The manager Bill was even worse than the counter clerk,  Completely rude and condescending. If either of these gentlemen worked for me I would be mortified. The way these two treat customers is completely unacceptable.
I will no longer give this store my business and I will be recommending  others avoid it as well.
