My boyfriend and I ate here last weekend and were both so impressed by the great food and wonderful service. Our waiter, Paul, was the best. He was very attentive as we never had to ask for refills on our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. His timing on bringing out the salads, appetizers and our main meal was perfect. We never sat around looking for him or waiting for anything. We haven't seen service like this is a very long time so we were beyond thrilled with our experience. If you're looking for great food items and amazing customer service this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back

As always food was good but called ahead and arrived right on time and expected to wait because I understand it's not the same as reservations but I literally watched everyone who was there before me get seated which is what it is because I figured "Call-ahead seating isn't really a thing" then, I watched every party that checked in after me get seated as well. We were just a party of two. I simply went and asked the hostess if my name was over looked and the hostess got snippy with me saying, "they called ahead" ..... As I stated before we called ahead and I let her know when I arrived, then she did the rest of the communicating threw the guy who eventually took us back. I personally deal with angry customers all day at my job and she only had to deal with one person simply asking if maybe there was a mistake made which clearly there was and didn't have the proper training to deal with the issue in a respectful manner. I think the manager would have cringed if he saw it personally. Carrabbas is one of my favorite restaurants and to be honest starting off dinner like that didn't sit well. My meal wasn't as good as it normally was and the satisfaction wasn't there especially footing a bill for 2 for a buck 20 and not leaving satisfied is a little upsetting.

They have very good Sangria and my favorite dish is the Chicken Bryan. The waitresses are always pleasant. Good atmosphere. Love the call ahead seating.

Good food. Pleasant atmosphere. The service was well above average. Priced decently. Meals for two with appetizer and glasses of wine - $50. I'll go again.

This is our neighborhood haunt when we don't feel like leaving the Temple Terrace limits. It's clean, service is always good and the food has never been bad all the years. I love the first come-first serve tables in the bar area or the at the pasta bar! And they've recently done a renovation to the interior! It looks great!
