Reasonably priced food, and good taste. This spot has a fun and welcoming staff. Happy hour has some good deals as well. I’m a snob when it comes to Italian food, but this place satisfies my needs.Food: 5/5
My husband and I returned to this location last night after not having a very pleasant experience the first time we visited. I am glad we did and very happy that this time they took very good care of us. The food was delicious as always very hott and flavorful and the waiter Kato was so friendly and very good at his job. He was maintaining the bar and several tables as well as ours and it never effected our service. We will definetley be returning.
I have wanted to go here for years to the restaurant, not exactly this one, but glad we did. We had to wait for a few minutes because the hostess wasn't at the podium. Once she came, we got our seats. The server came and asked our drink orders. We looked at the menu. By the time he came back, we knew what we wanted to eat. Ordered our food. A different guy brought out the bread n mixed oil into sum basil or something on a little plate. It was good but the bread wasn't that tasty. The food was A1. I think I'll go back soon. Maybe once a month and try something new. For the price which wasn't cheap, you got Real food. Good quality food. Even my friend's food came out piping hot. Our salads were great, too. I might try sum wine next time. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Came here super late and had THE BEST service ever!!! Jake was our server and he was extremely friendly, wonderful, and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the service again was 10/10 of you come here ask for Jake!!!!Food: 5/5
I have had two experiences at this Carrabba's and both have been exceptional. Amby and Anna V. were particular stand outs that made my experiences amazing. My first experience was a dine-in experience and the food was delicious, well prepared and expediently served. Our waiter, Anna V., was professional and attentive - excellent service. My favorite dish is the lentil soup and for the uninitiated, it is an absolute gem. During second experience, unbeknownst to me, the restaurant was preparing a fresh batch of lentil soup which I had ordered to go. Although they spent some time preparing a new batch, Amby, a manager I believe, was extremely attentive and even offered free bread and two extra bowls of soup! The soup was amazing and fresh - well worth the wait! I've been to a few Carrabba's and this location is outstanding - probably the best that I've been to so far. Try the lentil soup, you wont regret it.
Dylan exceeded expectations and the food was amazing. I was in the mood for steak while visiting Austin with my 7yo. She and I shared a ribeye dinner with both sides upgraded to fettuccine Alfredo and Angel Hair pasta. They split the meal for us. My daughter was very impressed and went on and on about our service and how full her tummy was because she couldn’t stop eating the yummy food!
First time visiting now a lifelong customer! The food was beyond excellent and our server, Jay, was absolutely fantastic as well as extremely knowledgeable about the food. We had the pleasure to meet Maggie the manager who was an absolute delight! The chef, the server, and the manager all surpass 5 star service! Thank you all for a fantastic evening!
Good food, fresh Caesar salad and the tomato soup was really good. The bread is a little lack luster, served cold. We all had the plane Jane spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce which was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive and will definitely come back. Good honest simple food. Only four stars because it wasn’t mind blowing, but it was definitely good.
Why go wait an hour for overpriced food when you can get a hefty, consistently delicious meal here where there is seldom a wait. The Johnny Trio is a banger. The staff is awesome. I really love this spot.Food: 5/5
I've lived in northwest Austin for 10 years and have driven on past this to Australian steak or gas station barbecue. Different vibe here, but I was missing out. Quiet, warm ambiance. Quality ingredients on every plate even enjoyed the fresh pressing of EVOO. The cannolli cake for two was the best, and good for at least three people! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available, with pediatrician-recommended mix with veggies on most options.
