I loved the Christmas decorations! But it was pretty empty today. At least around this time. I enjoyed the appetizer and Tuscan steak dinner. Everything was cooked well and tasty pretty good. There weren't many servers today either, but I still enjoyed it. Parking: Finally it's easier to get in the entrance. Thanks to whomever painted the parking lot. Kudos to them, because now there's handicapped parking in the front of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Easier access to the front of the restaurant. More handicapped parking spots.
Usually, when i go in, everything is great. My take-out visits have been the issue. I never receive the text to let them know that i arrived, so i always have to go in. Also, the amount of the dipping herbs they're putting in the togo containers are ridiculous, almost like a sprinkle of salt. They should really be ashamed on that part.
First let me say I have never had Salmon that tasted so good. It was still a little moist but done, seasoned to perfection and I wished I had asked for more of the lemon butter sauce and grape tomatoes and capers to top off the garlic mash potatoes I had alone on the side. I usually always pack a little of my favorite hot sauce but none was needed on their Salmon. The mash potatoes, Broccoli, and Chicken Ceasar Salad were great too but the Salmon stole the show!
The food was excellent. They were short staffed so that created serving problems. Appetizers came out same time as the food and they forgot one item. The salads came out after that. The timing was all jacked up. Thank goodness the food was delicious or this would have been a negative review.Food: 5/5
Always love the food and the service here. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Update 1/3/2021:. Things have changed. Service was good but food was not up to par. Parmesan chicken looked like they used store bought sliced cheese on it.
Food was fine but service was substandard. We had to ask for water, silverware and extra plates twice. Zucchini fries were good but lil oily. Tomato basil salmon was worth trying! Calabrian wings were delicious! We were charged double for an order but they rectified the issue once we noticed. So, be conscious and check your bill before paying.
Lunch with a group. We met at 1:00 as lunch crowd was thinning. They were several good voices in the luncheon menu. Service was good. However.....If you are a tea drinker consider water. My lunch selection was $13.99. Tea #3.79 Yes refills were available but that still is extremely high for tea.
I was pleasantly surprised. Stuffed mushrooms tasty. Lovely presentation in a caprese salad. There were eight of us and my husband and I ordered mezzaluna which came with soup or salad. The spicy chicken soup with pasta was out of this world. I will return just for that soup alone. This is not fine, authentic Italian dining but it was good. Service on spot.
I absolutely love Carrabba's! I only gave 4 stars because Beef Tortellini wasn't on the menu and I really wanted some. ‍ I did, however, enjoy some delicious Mezalluna. The Four-Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms were delightful as well. I washed it down with a Peach Sangria that really hit the spot. The place is always clean and I like the atmosphere.
After calling to collierville location for Carrabba's and waiting on hold for 25 minutes and then calling back again and no one answered for five different calls I finally called the location on poplar which I didn't know was even closer to me. They answer the phone in three rings took my order without putting me on hold and gave me the shortest time I've had for curbside and Carrabba's. Arriving in Carrabba's I waited maybe 3 minutes for the young lady Kayla to come out with my food. Very polite counted my change back to me and told me Happy New Year, of course I had to tip her, anytime I get great service like this I have to tip. Getting home the food was still hot and correct, can't ask for much more than that. I think I'll be using this location in the future.
