I must say it's the first time in maybe 100 visits over the last ten years to various locations that I've ever left with a bad taste in my mouth . Service was extremely lacking in terms of courteous and in no way accommodating to the customer . The manager was nice but in no way made me feel that the disresctful waitress (brooke) and the one who on replaced her were being held accountable for ruining my dining experience. Anyways the male waiters there are the best and extremely polite and helpful.

Came here twice and I'm always trying to plan for my third visit. The food is very good and fresh, and the service is always great. I did have a longer than usual wait the second time (30 mins) but the food and service completely made up for it. The Sicilian chicken soup is delicious and the ricotta cheesecake is amazing, I wish they would sell it whole. Nice place!

I would like to say that everytime I've stepped foot into this carrabbas my experience has always been wonderful! I've never wrote a review before so what inspired me to write this review was actually reading the one that Mr. Kenneth Rios wrote. Two things stood out to me. One was his comment about Brooke and the second was his photo. I clicked on it and I actually recall him and the incident he spoke about in his comment because I was sitting at a table right next to him. I must say Brooke was not being disrespectful at all, I think he felt like he was being rushed but from what I saw and heard Brooke kept insisting to take your time and let her know when they are ready to order. She was being super polite as she always is! Another complaint was that they weren't getting the bread they asked for. (Im not making this up, like I said I was sitting at a table adjacent to him with my wife so we heard the whole thing. Plus he wouldn't stop talking about it). They wanted more bread and I get that..but when you eat like 2-3 rolls of bread and ask for more it becomes excessive. I was a waiter before and believe me they got a lot of things to do so to keep bothering the server for more and more bread and then complaining that you're not getting it is a bit much. Don't get me wrong it is the server's job to get what the customer asks for however, the customer should also be considerate and realize that it may take some time because of uncontrollable variables such as cooking time and customer influx to name a few. Anyway I didn't want to badmouth Mr. Kenneth's comment. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I would just like to clarify the falseness of him saying that the server (Brooke) was disrespectful. He might have had a bad time and needed to release his stress via his review. I get that. I just don't want people reading his comment and not wanting to go there because of someones negatively vague and misogynistic comments. I've personally been to this location plenty of times. Never have I had a bad time there. Everyone is polite. The managers (Elliot and Dennis .. i think) are very welcoming. The food is delicious and the drinks are well crafted. Man, that New Fashioned is so good!!!! Great vibes, nice subtle music, and a great place to eat!

I originally came to this page to write a great review on Carrabbas and found myself reading some others. Came across some bad reviews that were just flat out ridiculous. People have to understand that you can't blame the servers because you have requests that are just that, RIDICULOUS! It's a waste of time to sit there in your chair at home button mashing away because you couldn't get your way. "I didn't get 40 pieces of grated cheese on my gluten free no sauce pasta" Shaddup and just enjoy your time out of the house where you obviously spend most of your time typing reviews. Carrabbas is great! Me and my family come often and even visit the one in Long Island. Keep doing your thing!
