Construction and renovation of luxury estate homes continues to be the focus at Carrere General Contractors. We serve clients who already have construction drawings and a building site through the construction management process and by negotiated contracts. By offering commercial construction services on a select basis, our company now provides a wide range of construction and management services, new construction, renovations of all types, small jobs, repairs and maintenance.

Our varied experience has allowed us to work with the most accomplished and recognized architects and designers in the industry. Additionally, we have been fortunate to deliver construction projects for many discerning owners who now enjoy their time in a quality-built home or business. Our valued customers continue to use our services for maintenance, repair and storm preparation.

Carrere has been recognized for our attention to detail and our high degree of quality craftsmanship. Our recently completed modern-designed, "new age" homes have received the 2009 and 2006 Gold Medallion Awards for Design and Construction in the category "Over Three Million Dollars" presented by the Treasure Coast Builders' Association. Other awards include the First Place "Build Florida" Award in the category of "Homes Over $1 Million" presented by The Associated General Contractors of America sponsored by Rinker Material Corp. The project incorporated over 1100 cubic yards of cast in place of concrete. Other awards include the Grand Award for the "Parade of Homes." In addition, Carrere model homes have been awarded a First Place prize as well as a skill and craftsmanship awards and several Merit Awards.
