Excellent Service.  Jason gave us an estimated start time in November for a mid January start.  Even with the weather we had during those months in between, he was right on time as promised.  The workers that did the work on my roof were extremely nice and hard working.  When the first inspection came my roof passed right away and as soon as it was signed off work began again.  Second Inspection went smoothly as well.  I have pool Solar Panels on the roof of my house.  Jason took care of hiring a solar company to come and remove and reinstall.   After the roof was finished, Jason had someone come to clean up all of the screws and other debris that came off the roof.  It's been two weeks since finish and I have not seen one screw on the ground near my house or on my lawn.  When it was time to pay, Jason made sure everything was done to my liking before he took payment.  I really appreciated that because it showed how much they care about their customers.  Would highly recommend.

Here it is a Saturday night at 9pm.  Have worked for the last 90 minutes with Neil on an irrigation leak in our community.   He was able to find our prints and gave us some suggestions to get the water shut off.  

Where else can you get this kind of service.  Even after the hurricane they had crews here getting our community looking great again.  

This is service that I have never found anywhere.  Thank you Neil and Carol Bradford

I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer.  I worked with Dylan, who gave me a competitive estimate last November for a start date in late January.   The company was able to keep the commitment, and provided update along the way.  Dylan has a very calm and courteous demeanor and put me at ease.  He responded to my inquiries quickly.  The crew did a great job and finished it in two days.  For example, all shrubs were covered up ahead of time, and debris was removed afterwards.  Dylan used his magnetic nail sweeper to get rid of nails.  The new roof looks great!  The whole experience has been pleasant to me.  I highly recommend Dylan and Carroll Bradford!

I had my roof replaced in the beginning of January with Dylan Smith’s team from Carroll Bradford. The project team showed up late the first day and no one spoke any English. I told Dylan that I wanted more fascia boards replaced but the message never seemed to get back to the team because they only replaced the bare minimum that had rotted. The roof failed the first inspection and had to be reinspected after Dylan came out to put some sealant on nail heads the inspector could visibly see on the roof. They also left an old satellite dish from a past owner dangling from the roof after they took it off during shingle replacement. No one told me about it and I didn’t notice it until the next day so I could take it down. The team also did a very poor job of cleaning up afterwards. I’m still finding nails from the old roof in my yard. Overall the roof looks nice but I probably wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to family or friends.

I've been working with Dylan Smith to replace my roof and skylights after hurricane Irma. He has been Professional and extremely pleasant to work with. On the day of installation the crew arrived promptly on time stripped and replacing my roof and skylights. They were very professional and courteous. Upon completion they cleaned up and disposed of roofing material and returned yard to pristine condition. It has been a pleasure working with Dylan & Carroll Bradford Roofing I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
