PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I THOUGHT I WAS HAVING A GOOD DEAL. CAR DIDNT PASS INSPECTION. SO I BELIEVED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE MANAGER WHICH I HAVE HIS PERSONAL NUMBER HE WAS ALWAYS IN COURT ACCORDING TO HIM...I PRETTY MUCH LOST THE MONEY

I went to this ratchet ass so call dealership about a month ago and put cash $1500 dwn on a 2005 black Nissan maxima.. When I got the car, lights were on the said they had to reset sensors so to bring it back that following Saturday. I drove the car for a week to work and all kind of shit started happening. So on that saturday I took the car back and ask for my money back it took them a week to give my money back so I thought. They gave me a check and I went to TD bank to cash it and the teller told me the dealer needs to give you another check. I call the fuckin dealer and ask what the fuck is going on he stayed you have to deposit the money. So I deposited the check in my account. My bank made the funds available to me and here a week after my bank is charging me $1500 because the fuckin check never cleared thru his so call bank account.  That is ridiculous. So that mean they got the car and my money. I'm so FUCKIN over it. It's gotta be a way to close their ass dwn. Bad fuckin bussiness Bruce, Stewart, Toto, Hariam and it's another one all terrible people.

Horrible car dealership...they don't work with you and the general managers avoid phone calls, not fully staffed so you won't be helped unless you have over 5,000 to blow on a lemon with high mileage so they can pocket it. They promise customers a refinancing deal and don't follow through. I suggest to anyone who knows money figures and cars to not go there. I'm going to every channel station including state of attorney general and expose them for the low down crooks they are. You better off going to Springfield Auto Group in Irvington at least they have a wide variety. 🖕🏽

I recently got a luxury used car from this dealership for graduating from college.  My husband wanted me to have this to embark on our journey.  The first month we got it the radio in the car was to be fixed took over 3 months to resolve.   They put in a crappie radio that shorts out.  Kindly gave a loaner and they get a star for that but daily caused us to lose time from work when they finally decided to give us one.  Then recently the wipers stop working properly and they promised to fix and return in one day turn to 3 days and my husband had to go to the workers house to pick it up.  It had no gas and a cracked in the windshield.  It cut off on him while driving and he had to walk to get gas.  This place is the pits.  Don't get a car from here.   They are so unprofessional and become rude.  Changing staff to more rude people.   They will take your car for joy rides whole so called fixing it.  Unless you like initially paying for a lawyer and having to sue them for everything, don't stress yourself out.  Lemons are all they sell and they don't want to pay for anything they're responsible for.

They sell junk cars and I'm so embarrassed that at 1st I thought they were gr8 n really giving me a gr8 deal so I recommend Cars on Rt 21 to a few friends and not only did my car bomb out and they ripped me off by saying they were going to fix the problems...needless to say it was excuse after excuse and then my friends car whole engine went within a month. As I was in the dealership there were 2 other customers trying to get there money back because the vehicles they bought were breaking down. So stay far away from this place they're a bunch of scammers & I believe they rig the cars so they will make it off the lot but break down shortly after...total lemons sold here!!!
