This place is horrible!!!!!!!!  And all the low scores reviews are on point and consistent.  I had a cam phaser needed to be replace in my car, and it cost a total of 1750 without the warranty.  They told the repair company to tear it down, then told them they will pay 8 hours and will not use the parts which the Auto repair company wanted to use.  I wasn't going to put a rebuilt or refurbish part into my engine, and have continuous problem.  They should have paid 11 hours of labor and the recommended parts.  They ended up paying only $750, while I had to pay $977.53!!!!  This is some evil stuff!  Warranty suppose to pay for your cost, not be a supplement.  Very Angry!!!

We bought a vehicle in January 2017 and selected a 12 month warranty at the time of the purchase with Cars Protection Plus not knowing anything about them. After reading reviews about them had mixed thoughts on what to expect. We took our first trip with the vehicle on an 11 hour drive and on the way home had some issues which turned out to be transmission failure. After returning home and immediately taking the vehicle to the shop and having it diagnosed the repair shop got in touch with Cars Protection Plus and came to an agreement on repairs and cost I am very pleased and satisfied to say that in my book they covered a very decent portion of the cost on a reconditioned transmission for our vehicle with no hassle and would like to send a thanks for helping making this process go smooth. THEY HAVE ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE😃

This place is terrible. $669 bill and they covered 25%. They nickle and dime their way out of paying legit problems and use an outdated system to figure out the labor so that cost is nowhere close to accurate. This place is a complete waste of money. I give no stars but you have to click 1 in order to post

We are a dealership located in Union NJ and CARS PROTECTION plus is a HORRIBLE warranty company.  We will never use them again as they DO NOT PAY, they do not want to cover anything on the vehicle that states would be covered. My suggestion is if you are doing business with them , GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  One of our cars went to the mechanic and CARS called our mechanic and asked them why a certain thing that was covered on the car broke.  Are you kidding me?!? why did it brake!?  Instead of fixing the problem that is covered under the warranty they wanted to know why it broke!  All they do it take your money for the warranty and DO NOT PAY OR COVER A SINGLE THING.  Please take it from a dealership that has been in business for years.  They are the worst possible out there.  I will make sure I will let all my close dealerships know about their S**t business and how they are only out there to rob you  and your customers of money.

This extended coverage car insurance is absolutly useless! Do not waste your money. I have had my mechanic and adjuster Dewey talking back and forth for months over an issue with my vehicles transmission. Months later NOTHING has been done to fix my vehicle. I am responsible for tear down of my transmission before they will even approve anything be fixed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
