Avoid this place! Took my car in only to find water spots on WHOLE one side of the car. The midget manager refused to refund my money or run it through the MACHINES again - Insisting the spots would ONLY be removed with clay wax! What a joker! I even grabbed a towel and cleaned off the spots in front of him! But he rather get in a physical altercation. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stopped here for the first time to get my car washed. Asked for just the wash. Guy asked me if I wanted the car waxed. I said no, just the wash. He then told me to look at this. It was the door jam. I told him to forget it I am not going to have my car washed here. Ridiculous!

I go here alot but my last visit was just okay because they didn't do a job or should I say they DIDN'T CLEAN the console inside of my car, at all! I almost went back to complain, because I had tipped the guy  $5 and didn't notice the dust and coffee spills were still there until I pulled out of the driveway and was rushing to get to my next destination. 
Tip for new comers. Watch them vaccum your car because they rush it through. Watch them dry your car as well, and ask about air fresheners before when you first get there because they won't mention it if you don't. 
They've remodeled and it's a lot nicer than before. They have free coffee and it's Starbucks 👍

My vehicle was scratched by their car wash rollers immediately. I immediately informed the manager on duty and give me this sorry-ass excuse how can you prove the scratch was already there when you brought it into the car wash. I explained to him that I see the car from the beginning to the end and that scratch came as soon as it left the last rollers. He tells me if you want to go to court you can take it to court what are ridiculous a****** don't take your car there terrible service and then he has another excuse unfortunately I have to take off because my mother died what a lame ass excuse I've sent multiple emails to management and no reply I've been getting my car washed there for 6 months you would think that they would be a little bit more understanding to their customers. I will no longer go to any of their facilities Red Carpet Car Wash in Manhattan and Carson Car Wash terrible service horrible management and staff disgusting Ambience facility to top it off the car smells like body odor after they dry it from the inside will never go back to this car wash
