Not at all impressed with their restocking fee of 15%. We purchased a pair of Sidi boots from them. They cost us $500. Hadn’t even had them for 24 hours when I returned them and was charged $50 for a “restocking fee”, which was only 10%, so gee, lucky me (NOT!!) In a world where items can be found online for much less, I would think customer service in a privately owned shop would be top priority and pissing customers off would be avoided. The owner tried to tell me it’s because he’d already ordered another pair so now he’ll be sitting on them yet, he didn’t have the size down for me to try on last night. In fact, I wanted to try on another really pricey brand and there were none even close to my size. I suggest, if you choose to shop there, you know exactly what you want, without a shadow of a doubt, so you don’t have to pay their restocking fee. $50 out of our pocket sucks!

Best place in town to shop for you off road and racing needs, the staff is cool and friendly, they never treat me like a mom who doesn't know what she is doing, major respect for this awesome team.

Great people super helpful. Only purchased an Oset 12.5 but made me feel like I was purchasing a brand new XC300. Will do business with again and would recommend to friend.
