Went to the emergent care there today. Waited an hour to see Dr. The place was dead and empty! Waited another 30 minutes for step rest to come back. I understand patients need time but there was no one there. Everyone was sitting around doing nothing. Crazy rude people. Should have known from the in take secretary. Very rude, blunt. That's a first impression. Sucked. No customer service skills. Rude rude rude! Poor service. Rude. Did I mention that. Won't return.

I went to the emergent care center last night at around 7:40. I understand the emergent care closes at 8:00pm the nurses and doctors were ready to go home, but so was I. Not only were they very rude but I spent my time and money there for the "DOCTOR" to tell me "there's nothing wrong with you." I was almost 100% positive I had strep throat (I have had it multiple times I know the symptoms and the way my body reacts to this.) I then went to another doctor THIS morning knowing there was/is something definitely wrong, (a little over 12 hours of visiting Urgent care) The doctor at urgent care last night told me there was absolutely nothing wrong, where the doctor I visited this morning ran the strep test and it came up positive, he also found a stomach bug which was causing my vomiting.  I am being charged about $200 (no insurance) for this highly paid "doctor" at urgent care to tell me there was nothing wrong with me when in fact there was. I am more than upset and I will never be returning nor will any of my family or friends.

A large hospital for the area. staff is friendly. just might be a little confusing to know where to go inside the building.
