Today I went to the Ugent Care with 4 of children. My oldest, who is 14 years old, needed a physical. I arrive and the person behind the registration desk is on her phone. So I handed her the forms, my ID and insurance cards. She pushes my insurance cards back at me and advises me why they don't take insurance. I just wanted a sports physical done. Then as I try to fill out the paper work the same woman doesn't want to help me. This person that was on her phone was the physician! Yes the physician. I requested her information to report her and she REFUSED to give it to me. She said she wanted me to leave. Guess what! Once I found out she was the physician I was more then happy to leave. Worse person ever. What has happen to customer service??? I'll be reporting her.

Ive used this clinic several times and Ive had good experiences each time. The staff are friendly and very competent, from the receptionist to the doctors I get the feeling they care and it shows when I go in. I have recommended this clinic to both my family and friends and I will continue to go in when I cant get an appointment right away with my primary, and on weekends as well. I will be watching out for Elton PA when I go in....thank you for the heads up!

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THE WORST PROVIDER- Dawn Elton PA!!!!! I have had a sinus infection/cough for weeks with no improvement from over the counter meds. She said she doesn't prescribe antibiotics and there was nothing for her to do for me- and I was self pay for $75!!! Then she had the nerve to say I have an elevated BMI and should lose weight!!!!! Don't go there and for sure don't see her!!! Waste of time and money for poor quality care.

Dr. Dawn Elton was by far the worst doctor I have ever come in contact with. She cut me off every time I tried to speak, stating that she couldn't "multi task," and when I explained that my regular doctor was booked until the next week and recommended I seek care at urgent care for a chronic condition (for which I have record of and is accessible due to visits at Carson Tahoe Hospital as well as urgent care), she stated "I'm not giving you that medication- it's just not going to happen. I don't believe you have what you say you have." Terrible experience, terrible doctor, will NEVER recommend or return to this clinic if this doctor continues to treat patients.

I founded weird to have a clinic inside Walmart, every time I pass by the receptionist/nurse is waiting for customers.
