DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not use this company! You have been warned. You will 100% regret your decision if you go with this company. I made the mistake of thinking these reviews were a little harsh but they are not! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my 29 years of life. It's been 3 weeks and they have not finished the job. They have sent out 4 different people numerous times. No one knew what the last guy had done! Hell they even sent out the HVAC guys one day? The boss then has the nerve today to tell me that hooking up my water lines was not in the bid? HELLO!? What do you think was the purpose of that ditch I dug for water lines was for? He also had the nerve after 3 weeks telling me I lied about how many sinks I needed installed. This guy is rude! If he spent more time out on the jobs he might know what was going on. I decided to just hire another plumber to fix and finish this job. So much other stuff I haven't even mentioned.

Will send you a 4 year old bill, that was paid in full, because the prior 3 secretaries did not credit the accounts. The new secretary/manager was very childish, hateful and cursed me for asking why I was getting this bill. She also stated don't ever call them for services. After dropping 3500 for new water lines and a small repair..this is how they are going to treat a customer?

always had an excuse for not coming...i would never do business again with them

They will charge you for EVERYTHING!!! BE WARNED THEY ARE CROOKED! Horrible customer service and charge for answering questions and doing nothing!
