I know this is long overdue, but Technician James came to my house a few weeks ago to work on my very new refrig that Costco won't take bag.  In only 3-1/2 months I have had 2 repairs.  James was amazing.  He spent the time to do the diagnostics, was able to fix my ice maker, I could understand him.  He was very thorough and comprehensive.   It was one of the very few positive appliance repair experiences I have had in many years . Thank you, great job a James!

From the first service call I could tell this was and is a well ran professional business. They set us up with the earliest appointment and accommodated our limited availability. Isaac is by far the most professional tech in the business. He explained with detail and answered all our questions. We were confident that the job would be done and some right thanks to his thoroughness. I commend this company it's superb customer service and for its efforts towards provider of choice. Unfortunately, due to the thorough job performance I highly doubt I will be using them anytime soon. Thank you Isaac and thank you CSI

Carter Services is so wonderful. I have used them many times, most recently with my built in fridge, which was acting up. Scott is very patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the issues. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend. :)

I have always been very pleased with the work of carter's services. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done in a timely manner. I have had them out to repair my toilet, and refrigerator. Both are working great now. I would definitely recommend Carter's services to anyone!

In the last few days I have called upon Carter for plumbing problems , refrigerator problems and the latest -- electronic problems. In each instance the response was polite and quick.  Each problem was taken care of professionally , quickly and  perfectly.  Carlos was the latest pro I called upon for the electrical problems . Like Scott and Sonny  he was  as good as it gets.  Scott ,the owner , knows how to build a AAA business around people of high quality who know what they are doing. I have no higher praise .
