What a great store such fun little animals to look at or buy. We came in to buy a product that would help my daughter's dog not eat poop. And we found it and the lady told us to give it to the other dog so when she poops the other one wouldn't want to eat it. Also they have beautiful birds Turtles tortoises snakes hamsters rats mice sand crabs fish beautiful fish I would just go there to look at the displays of Little Critters and the fun Birds to talk to. The gal there was very helpful I highly recommend this place!

I love what they have to offer but they really need to work on their customer service skills. Every. Single. Time. I go I am given an attitude and I have no idea why. It's irritating and I'm a bit perplexed as to why I seem to be the only reviewer is who is seemingly upset with how they treat their customers. There is a nice young guy there, probably around my age (early 20s) who is amazing, he's always so friendly, I think the other staff would benefit greatly if they adopted his cordial nature. 

I mentioned my bad experiences to a good friend who also told me the costumer service has been below par whenever he goes in as well. Last time I was in, a girl with a cat tattoo seemed like she couldn't even be bothered to scan my order, if her job is so bad, I'd recommend quitting, it's that simple. We'll see how my next visit goes... may just have to have Orijen delivered to my door instead. Disappointing.

First time visit.  Went for reptile food aka insects.  The girl that worked there was AMAZING I was so impressed with her knowledge of lesser known reptiles and overall help.

Buy 10 bags of blue buffalo get 1 free
I was on bag 8 for my big dog 8 for small dog
They tell no its 5 and 3 
Ok

This is the only place I don't mind waiting in line. There is a parrot who will talk to you while you wait. He is so cool! 😎 and we were able to find a suit that fit our puppy perfectly just in time for our wedding plus he got some good treats too 👍🐾
