My sister has been at Carthage Health and Rehab for about two weeks and the care has been  great.  All staff  treat the patients with respect and concern.  My sister had been in another facility in the past and this facility is far superior.  I have found them approachable with any concerns and questions and any requests I've made have been acted on promptly,

My experience here was terrible. I put my husband there for convenience and the staff was rude and unprofessional. I even began to be harrassed and it has continued after my husband passed. Sent a deputy  out and it got even worse. Contacted corporate but havent heard

I am not happy with you my brother Dale Pennell was in there for 3 months and i thought he was able to stand. but he cant up and dress him self or walk at all. so i came home to my house and he cant even dress himself, he should ever been  let go cause he cant do anything at all and i cant do it for him. so he is back in the hospital again so i dont no what to do now cause i cant take care of him. I am very upset over this
