I  had the pleasure of working with Isaac when I was shopping for an engagement ring.  He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.  I felt very comfortable dealing with him and ended up buying a beautiful ring. I had such a great experience my wife and I ended up getting our wedding bands there too!

STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE RUDE RACISIT, BULLY'S. We visited this store yesterday. I was with my wife, our 7 year old child, my sister and her 21 year old son who is a medical student. Upon entering I we were not approached by anyone and there were only two other customers in the store. We were dressed appropriately, my wife with substantial jewelry and me with a new Rolex…no signs of poverty here. We have been purchasing Rolex watches from Benbridge for many years and they will attest to our patronage and loyalty. We have been purchasing Jewelry in general from many high end retailers for years and they will also attest to our patronage. Yet no one would help us at this store, and again there were many available hands. I eventually approached a “gentleman” (Alex) that was doing nothing but chatting and laughing with the security guard.  I asked him where the male rings are and he just pointed me to the general area. Not once offering to help me. He returned to speaking with the security guard. Yet we stayed and continued looking for a ring for my wife and myself. I approached him again and asked him which ones were for males as you had a line of unisex which made it a little confusing at first. This is when he FINALLY decided to walk over and “help” us. We eventually chose a $37,000.00 ring for my wife and a $4,500.00 ring for me. We semi negotiated a deal to purchase both for $37,000.00 tax included. Yet Alex seemed to argue that it did not include tax. That’s when Alex asked me rudely and inappropriately what I did for a living! I replied it was not your business. As we were doing so, another “gentleman”, I believe the “manager” asked him out load why we were leaving and he rudely replied out loud “he doesn’t want to pay tax”…not what we agreed upon. This is when we decided to leave amicably. Yet Alex did not want this and shouted out “you’re in the wrong store”! This is when I replied in turn, and your security guard approached and put his hand on his FIREARM with my family there! This is when we decided that your employees are erratic and left. My son started to cry and was scarred. He put his hand on his chest and told us his heart is beating strong. We took him around the corner and sat him to relax him. Later we entered Tiffany and Co. which is right across from your store. Within minutes of doing this the person who we suspect to be the “manager” entered Tiffany & Co. store to vilify us and interfere with Tiffany and Co.’s business relation with us. He told the gentleman at the door of Tiffany & Co. that we left there store and caused trouble and not to sell us, amongst other things. This rekindled my sons fear. Yet we persisted and stayed at Tiffany & Co. as they had a wonderful staff that calmed us down and told us to ignore them. Yet your employees “Alex” and the “manager” continued to hover outside their store in their continued attempt to slander us, intimidate us and add more injury to my child!!!!!
