Story

Founder Rochelle Sanchez has had a life long passion for beauty and wellness. She first obtained training in Cosmetology while still attending high school in Phoenix, AZ. She quickly added Massage Therapy to her skill set and then more recently added Aesthecian and Nail Tech.
Her passion has led her to a rewarding career of 18 years in the spa & beauty industry. Rochelle has worked in a variety of award winning spas as a provider of services as well as in management and training roles.
Cartier Raine staff values growth, both professionally and personally, and strives to raise the bar in our industry.

I just have to say- Rochelle is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s her Greenbrier training or natural talent but she gives an incredible massage. Goes above and beyond. She takes her time with each point of the massage and makes an hour massage feel like 2 hours( in the best way!- never want to leave!) she is kind and makes you feel comfortable and overall just gives an incredible quality especially for the price. If you’re looking for a fantastic massage, please check out Rochelle!!

Had a wonderful experience. The deep tissue massages were the best. The staff is experienced and courteous. Definitely made sure that my experience was memorable.

Went for waxing today. 
When I was still there I thought for sure I was going to give them 5 stars. 
The atmosphere was very relaxing, with nice music. The girl that was waxing me was extremely nice. 
It took a lot longer than usual, but I thought it was going to be worth it.  She was keeping everything sanitized, and not re dipping the sticks like a lot of places do. 
The price was high, but again, I thought it was going to be worth it. 
When I got back home I so a few spots she missed, and thought i will be able to take care of it myself, but as soon as I looked at it closer I realized how much she missed.  Nothing I can do with it myself. 
I will have to go again, and pay money again, to finish the waxing. 
Very very disappointed. 
Still giving it 3 stars instead of 1, cause I'm hoping she was just very tired after a long day or something like that. 
Cause again, she was extremely nice, and professional at the moment, but the results are extremely disappointing :/
