I was so happy to find this place! It's local, it's casual enough just to drop in and nice enough to entertain friends and family. The food is delicious! They have an extensive menu, including gluten free pasta. I'd like to try many more things there, but the grilled salmon is so fantastic I keep ordering it time and time again. I always get it with their house salad which comes with a wonderful homemade vinaigrette dressing. The shrimp moniac is pretty special too.

Service was slow, something important in the kitchen that kept server from coming out to check on my needs. Ran out of wine twice,  usually would have had more. Food was excellent. Need a bartender that can be available and serves drinks at tables. Keep up the good food, I'll be back to see if you read these.

I have been to Caruso at least 5 or 6 times since it opened.  The service has always been quick and friendly.  The food is delicious and the price is good for all the food you are given.
