Love the ice cream and the owners. Always enjoyable.  My grandchildren love Carvel. It's their favorite place to go.

This place STINKSSSSSS SMELLS ODOR IS BEYOND GROSS... inheld my breathe as i ordered. First and last time we went. Never again. Stick to anything BUT there. It was disgusting. Nothing was clean and i cant stres enough how bad it stunk in there.

The two female employees were extremely rude. I almost walked out but my significant other didn't want to leave. We have never been here before and we also just moved to the area so we ate looking for places we can frequent. We walked in and did not get greeted which is fine, we took some time to look over the menu and by the time she was done serving the guests ahead of us we were ready to order. Two gentlemen had walked in and immediately they were helped without even asking us if we were ready or anything. They came in after but got helped before us. So the next girl comes up and takes our order I told her what just happened but she blew me off. At this point I wish I hadn't even spent 11.00 on ice cream. The entire experience was terrible.

Very clean,  owners very nice, and of course the best ice cream in town. Got to love it.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Good selection of cakes and ice cream. Store is spotless.
