We return yearly for special occasions and are always greeted with a clean, well-stocked store. They can be relied upon for last-minute event ice cream needs! Their writing on cakes vary but generally turn out lovely. They honor coupons from the Carvel website and sometimes provide coupons. Our Fudgie the Whale came with a $3 off our next cake and discount on ice cream sandwiches. We'll definitely be back to this location!

We come here from New Rochelle to get our birthday cakes. The owners are friendly, attentive and make all their ice cream cakes fresh and they accept special orders. Thank you!

Update: oops, I reviewed the wrong Carvel location. This review is for Carvel in Tuckahoe...across from Depot Square/Tuckahoe Metro North Station!!  Nice people, but they don't use real oreo cookies?  They don't even use chocolate cookies with the cream in the middle; they only have the outside of the cookies! That being said, it still tastes good, because the ice cream is creamy. A bit expensive....same range as Haagen Daz, but I get it, as we're in Eastchester, and it's family owned.

Shake was more milk than ice cream and poorly made, and they were not enforcing social distancing.  Have been there before and this wasn't the case. Maybe new hires or something.
