Love the price at this place. $18 for a car wash and inside completely cleaned. I don't recommend the tire shine as it throws it all over the side of the car. Other then that I will keep coming back. 15 minutes from start to finish. I couldn't wash and clean the inside of my Escalade in 15 minutes.

I pulled in a cold, busy Sunday and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the interior service. Fine, I can wait. At the 45 minute mark my car hasn't been touched even though 6 others that came in after me had come and gone. I ask a guy about it who tells me "sorry sir, we're doing our best." Fine I figure, these guys are working their butts off. 15 more minutes, 3 more cars left and mine's still sitting so I ask again. "We'll get to yours next sir, we're doing our best." 30 minutes later, at the 90 minute mark I walk out again and ask a guy who's in the line next to my car. When I point to it he says "Oh, yeah, you're in the detail lane, we'll get to it next." There is no marked detail lane. I spend over 2 HOURS at this place and they made it my fault that I pulled into a lane with other cars that wasn't marked any differently than any other lane and made to feel like I was being a pushy customer about it. The worst part? When I got home and popped the back hatch on my SUV (which was open the whole time it was there to make sure they cleaned it, per instructions), there were muddy streaks all over my carpeting and my bedliner was soaking wet. Even though they convinced me to buy a gift card for an additional full wash at a discount I'll never go to this location again. It just seems terribly mismanaged, which is a shame as it used to be one of the best washes and bext values in the area.

This was such a bad experience. Came in and got a #6. After the car wash I was guided to a lane that was actually meant for car detailing #7- #12.  This wasn't the right lane. After a 50 minute wait I approached an employee who explained that to me but didn't do much about it. I had to go get a manager in order to get helped out. After my car was "cleaned" I found that the work done to the interior was rushed and not well done. Horrible customer experience.

The actual car wash machine does a terrible job as your car moves through the tunnel way too fast. I have purchased the $10 wash twice now and each time I have had to go through the wash TWICE because my car is still dirty. I have not gotten the car hand washed and I definitely think that would be better but I wouldn't recommend  this place for a fast machined car wash.

Just had my truck cleaned at the Mclaughlin location. They usually do an acceptable job of cleaning where I have to just do a few touch up. However, this time they missed cleaning the entire passenger interior of my truck. They also washed my rubber floor mats and put them back in dripping wet. Needless to say I'm not impressed.
