CO is a great new spot located in that spot that's housed a few restaurants in the past. The revamped interior and overall feel to the place is positive and spacious. The menus is solid with some classic items mixed in with some unique ones. Ordered guacamole which isn't table side and wasn't given options for heat level or preference on ingredients. No biggie....however it did take a fair amount of time to come out n was a bit salty although the flavor was on point. The tortilla chips were the stars here. My main order of chicken enchiladas mole also took some time to come out but had a nice presentation. The enchiladas tasted all from scratch and was delicious. You could taste the spices like cinnamon and the raisin and chocolate... I wanted it to have a little more heat but the Macha sauce I requested provided plenty of it to satisfy me. Overall it was very well done and would return again.
Not all Mexican restaurants have that unique flavor. This spacious authentic Mexican restaurant/bar, free available parking, and accessible. Food delightful, fresh handmade tortillas, fresh water drinks, and guacamole was extremely delicious! If you love your food to be spicy, like me, make sure you tell your waiter. Over all the ONLY Mexican restaurants that provides AGUA FRESCA!
Amazing food in a little corner spot in Bethel! The Server, Adam, was AMAZING! Extremely amicable! The food was served in good size portions. Beautiful traditional decor inside…it really felt like I was back in Oaxaca, México! We had Fajitas, queso frito, guacamole, chicken tamales, chicken mole, flan and helado frito! We will definitely be back soon!
Yet another flawless and beautiful dining experience! Easy parking, ample portions, wonderfully trained staff, perfectly seasoned food. The drinks are fun and delicious.
Great service, great food and nice ambiance. The bartender made really good drinks too. I ordered chicken quesadilla with extra spicy hot sauce on the side. We will definitely be coming back.
Amazing experience every time we come here. The BEST chips and salsa in the area. The fajitas are amazing, the drinks are amazing and the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. We also get catering from here and they do a fantastic job! Love this place and recommend it to all in the area compared to the abundance of neighboring restaurants
Just moved from New York to the area. The food was outstanding. My whole family agreed. The drinks were fresh and tasted great. Even more incredible was the service by Adam. He was fast, attentive , friendly, and patient. He served 6 tables at once and had impeccable skills to work all with ease. Loved the restaurant and the service. We will be back again ..
Fantastic new place. Good sized menu, not over the top with a wide variety. Staff were fantastic, very attentive and engaging and the food was excellent. The mole was amazing. Drink menu is decent too, try the El Catrin… Cannot wait to return here.
Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere, excellent staff. The margaritas are large and delicious they're Mexican food is excellent. My wife and I and our two children frequent this restaurant quite often!
My friends and I enjoyed some happy hour bites and margaritas one afternoon. The casa nachos were piled high with delicious fixings and the street tacos al pastor were excellent too. The tortilla chips were good, but we would have preferred a spicier salsa to go with them instead of the mild Pico de Gallo. The service was good and so was the ambience. Nicely done, I would return. Parking: Plenty of parking outside in the lot.
