I cannot believe I have to even give one star to comment on this horrible place. I've eatin frozen dinners that were better!! The salsa taste like cold tomato soup. One basket of chips for a 30 minute wait for fajitas that consisted of steak, shrimp, and onions. Also cold and not grilled. Just warmed up. I didn't eat it and they didn't care.
The service was horrible. It took 30 minutes before the server came to take my order. After the cold plate came out and I had eaten it, I had to request another waitress to check to see where my hot plate was. Between the cold plate and finally getting the hot plate was about another 30 minute wait. I am very displeased with the service. The food quality was good, just lousy service.
I'd say it's mediocre at best. The food is decent. The service is not the best but definitely not the worst. The atmosphere reminded me of a tex-mex fast food restaurant. I wouldn't completely discount this restaurant, but I wouldn't go out of my way to try it.Food: 3/5
The staff was wonderful, but the food was over salted and just not up to mexican snuff.
Service was way better at the Vidor location than the one I visited in Beaumont next to Longhorn which was awesome. Had the fajitas and they were tasty. Major downside for me is that there's no draft beer.
The green sauce was fresh and oh so delish. Ordered the, as always, sour cream chicken enchiladas. Ate every bite.. It was so good with the crispy chips !!

Man, so much better than the last time I visited. The food had flavor, the salsa was spicier, and the restaurant seemed more organized. The recipe tasted more like the Casa Ole I remember instead of a bland commercial copy of tex-mex. There were some new items such as Horchata, but was pricey. Our waitress was friendly, prompt, and had a positive attitude. She was handling one half of the restaurant alone and not missing a beat which was impressive. The restaurant does have room to improve and keep up current improvements, so I am giving 4 Stars
