We had a couple of bad experiences here in the past. We decided to give them another chance. We were very pleased. The price for lunch was good. The food was delicious and the the plate was dinner sized at lunch. Also, the server was very delightful. Another one of the staff asked if we needed anything a couple of times. Good changes! Thanks.

I’ve read most of the negative reviews on Casa Serrano in Laughlin...and those poor reviews are not warranted.  Granted, a couple may have bad experiences, but really...

Have dined at this restaurant numerous times and pleased every time.  Yes, dinner time when the place is packed can be slow.  At least receiving service.  But the food always arrives less than 10 minutes.

Go at lunchtime during their specials, and guaranteed your lunch will arrive in less than 5.  And the food?  It’s terrific!  Yes, it’s a little sodium laden but EVERTYTHING I’ve had is delicious.

Food Mexican food is the best on the strip. Service us good.  Prices are compatible.

They say this is the place is a must! Had the nachos, cheese crisp with carne and green chili, and the torta lunch special. We did not leave hungry and everything hit the cravings! Don’t forget to get the dessert with cinnamon and sugar!

Food is good, service is poor. Ask for water 3 times before we got it.... sad
