I don't know if this is a one time fluke. But I ordered a veggie burrito and my girlfriend got the same but in a bowl. We both received rice and beans win a couple pieces of micro greens and some Pico. Totally flavorless, very bland. And pretty much all rice. Which wasn't even cooked well. Ten out of ten, won't eat here again. The only upside to my meal was the fact that I'm supporting a local business and the greens were organic.

I am a student and looooove the food and how great the location is when I am driving from work to class. But I am vegetarian and lactose intolerant. I choose Casablanca because of this, they have amazing veggie options without being smothered in cheese! And the vegan sauce is amazing. But I consistently seem to get the wrong food...and I can't eat it...by the time I notice I am at school and just wasted 11 dollars and now have nothing to eat until 10 or 11 at night (this happened today).. burger king has veggie burgers I can go there and only spend 3$... I love the staff and the food choices but hate when I spend the night hungry or with my stomach upset because I was given the wrong items...especially for the price.

Customer service is hit and miss but good more often than not. Check your food before you leave because my orders been wrong a number of times. The food, when made right, is very yummy. I suggest their tots with House sauce, veggie breakfast, breakfast bites, iced tea with honey, bento, and super burrito. They have gluten free options here. 3 stars because my experiences here have been like a rollercoaster ride. I have changed my review from 5 stars, to 3, to 2, to 3. Lol. But this is where I stand currently: I eat here when I’m in a rush and want good quality fast food. I always check my food before I leave because I don’t trust my order will be right. I order ahead because it gets busy and the parking lot situation is inadequate. WiFi never works for me here. One of the managers is not my fav and the other is really nice but kinda shy. Where the heck is Tiva?? He was my favorite employee! Tacos are like a healthy version of Taco Bell. Meal deals should have a drink option. Used to be a regular (avg 3-4 times a week) now I’m in prob once a week. There’s room for improvement but I still enjoy the food. The end.

Love, love, love this place. The staff is always very kind and humble, no matter the location. The only take out food restaurant I eat from. You guys are ROCKSTARS🌟⭐

Great alternative to fast food. Got the chorizo burrito and bacon breakfast bite with added hot sauce, both delicious. The coffee is also fantastic, way better than anything you could get at McDonald's or the like. If you like frozen beverages and chocolate, try the Casablana Granita. And if you need extra caffeine, you can add additional espresso shots.
