Our company had gone through four different janitorial providers before we finally found Cascade Building Services. The others seemed to always miss things or do sub-par cleaning, but we now have the most consistent and thorough cleaning ever. The crew we have is very polite, detailed, timely, and all of their employees are very professional. Their prices are very competitive as well. Just recently, we had an urgent situation at our office and our account rep, Brian, was extremely helpful and responsive even after hours. We needed a few industrial fans to help clear out smoke and they responded immediately and helped us out big time by loaning us their fans and doing extra cleaning. Seriously, outstanding service! Highly recommended and best janitorial provider we've ever seen.

I am the commercial real estate manager in the Portland area and we use Cascade Building Services across our entire portfolio. We have been working with them for over 3 years now. They are extremely helpful and attentive to all of our buildings. CBS offers a wealth of services that are extremely important in commercial real estate as well as residential. We're very happy to have found CBS and look forward to many years with their services in the future. Their employees are hard working and have become a crucial part of our business.

We recently started using Cascade Building Services to maintain several areas in the winery and were immediately impressed by their performance. The staff is professional, courteous, accurate and consistent. The team is also very responsive. All requests and procedural adjustments are carried out immediately and the work consistently meets expectations. Cascade has earned our trust and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

After a slight mishap with our service I was blown away with Patrick's customer service. He not only made it right but personally came out to the property & followed up to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right! This level of Customer Service is almost unheard of any more folks, if you're thinking about using this company, stop thinking and make the call!
