I have been doing CrossFit for about 5 years, and I have been coming to Cascade for about 10 months. I love this gym - great atmosphere - great community - all coaches are very knowledgeable - Good hours - They have all the necessary equipment, including ROPES!! A reverse Hyper and plenty of new Assault Bikes, and lots of weight for all the strong people :) - Kids room! which is super convenient. - Many firefighters on the coaching staff, which I think is pretty neat

Just started here recently but have only good things to say! The coaches are all amazing and friendly, and the community is wonderful too, they all want you to achieve your goals and the support is absolutely unreal, it's great!! I can't wait to make many more awesome memories here!

I've joined in June '16 and it has been a great introduction to CrossFit for me! + Friendly atmosphere + Excellent coaches + Each workout is different and well-constructed + Well-maintained equipment and a large variety of it + Small class sizes (on average) + I found a heck of a lot of value for the price (which isn't very high compared to other CrossFit gyms)

I've been coming here for about three years. Love it. The coaches are fantastic and they give me personal attention to help me with my goals. I had a pre-existing back injury before coming here and I was a little nervous going to a new place after moving, but I had no issues. They were understanding and worked with me to modify the workouts. After training with them and getting stronger, my back is feeling better than it has in years.
