Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have a time sensitive matter that needs to be addressed. I have called and left messages sent emails ect every single business day this month and have been escalated to a Manager and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE AT ALL! I am in shock with the service. They do not care at all. Worst experience I have ever had with a finance company. BY FAR. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if my issues hasn't been handled by Monday. They are incompetent. I'm am furious. Do not use thier services if u can help it. I will post an update if anything changes.

Really great customer service, IF you can reach any one... left messages for a week, and finally got someone to answer my questions.
