Story

At Cascade Vision Center, we specialize in providing excellent eye exams and patient care with an emphasis on cutting-edge technology. Our optometrists are focused on your eye health and our staff is here to serve you and your family.

Our optometric physicians provide a thorough eye exam. We have residency-trained doctors that are able to treat and manage a variety of eye conditions, including: Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Dry Eyes, and red eyes. Through the use of Optical Coherance Tomography, retinal photography, and automated visual fields, our doctors can manage glaucoma patients.

In addition, our wonderful staff is trained to fit modern, digital and freeform progressive bifocal eyeglasses. We have hundreds of designer frames to choose from. We also provide contact lens eye exams to check the ocular health for possible complications. We fit many styles of contact lenses, including: daily disposable multifocals, astigmatism soft contacts, multifocal gas permeable contacts, specialty keratoconus lenses and now WAVE freeform custom contact lenses.

We gladly accept most vision and medical plans, including medicare. Please call to verify.

I would like to express my frustrations with their service. My sister and I have been going to this place for about two years now. I recently introduced this place to my other sisters (when she could have gone somewhere else better). However, I was not informed in any way that you guys would charged her more for the so call "new membership service fee." We are receiving the same service. Thus, my total charged was $190 while my sister's charged was $285. The difference amount is ridiculously! The fact that I am introducing a new patient, shouldn't we both get a discount instead of charging us more. I spoke with Rachel the front desk assistant on 12/15/17. However, she was not helpful in anyways. She said she would give me a call back, but never did. I'm very disappointed and upset that the place I thought was great staffs and price turned out to be the opposite. Now I will inform everyone in my family to never set their foot in there again. Don't you worry, I will go out of my way to inform everyone in my company and also everyone in my network to NEVER go to this place ever again. Thank you so much for the absolutely worst and terrible experience that I ever had for bringing more business to you!

Just had my first appointment today, and was blown away with how awesome every single person was that I met. Very happy I chose to go here and will be back as long as I live in the area!

I wasn't sure what the office would be like after Dr. Beach retired. My experience with Dr. Sifrit has been beyond my expectations. He has provided excellent eye care, and his staff is always polite and helpful.

Having never worn glasses or lenses in my life, I discovered I had keratoconus, which was scary. I was referred to Cascade Vision Center and Dr. Jason Sifrit, and they were, bar none, as friendly, informative and as professional medical professionals I have ever witnessed. A few quick bulletpoints on how excellent their service was: * Friendly, knowledgable, accessible staff, from the front desk to the various professionals assisting me and the doctor. * Extremely personable service, from explaining my condition, helping me to understand my options, and setting expectations for the journey ahead. They knew me the next time I came in, started appointments promptly and on time, and treated me with dignity and respect. * Their staff personally made multiple phone calls to various insurance companies to help me understand how to approach my vision care, who to speak with on the phone, what codes to give, etc. * In-depth "teaching" to me on how to insert, remove and care for my own hard contact lenses, which is much different than regular contacts. * We hit a home run the first time out of the gate - my prescription worked, was accurate but again, they set expectations that there will be trial and error in most cases as the lenses fit to the eye, reshape the cornea, etc. * Easily accessible facilities and parking as a bonus Overall, I could not recommend this entire staff or facility more strongly. Billing issues come up for me only because of the complexities of vision and medical insurance, but they've even helped me as much as they can with that.
