Anemic coverage, unpredictably early/late  timetable adherence , minimal hours of operation and no Sunday service makes Central Oregon's only public transportation service not recommended; especially risky for commuting to work or time sensitive appointments.

If you do use it: high bus operator turnover rate has resulted in hiring waves that turn out batches of aggressive, confrontational, disinterested and unpleasant drivers, contemptuous of the public, that greatly outnumber the few experienced and pleasantly professional transit employees.

Buses are on schedule for the most part, and most drivers are pleasant. Would be nice if the routes ran a little later.

Planning your trip requires you to leave 2 hours before you need to be somewhere because the routes do not meet up as suggested in the "plan your trip" feature. There is no way to check the status of the bus you are waiting for and they can be anywhere from 10 minutes early to 15 minutes late. The snow schedule states the busses leave hawthorne station on the hour, but then you need to guess how long it will take your busses to get to your stop. Again, there is no way to figure out if you will reach your connecting bus on the snow schedule. It would be very helpful to have an actual snow schedule written out. It would also be helpful if the buses actually ran on the schedule given so a person does not arrive at a stop 10 minutes early, then wait 15 minutes after the stated time in below freezing temperatures to see if the bus is even coming at all.
