I am a real estate broker that has experience with several builders, Casco is currently building a home for one of my clients and have done a variety of projects for other clients.  All of them are happy, say it was less stressful than the initially thought and were impressed by Mike's ability to leverage supplier relationships.  He is creative in his ability to achieve cost efficiency without sacrificing functionality and quality.  They are professional, easy to do business with and committed to client satisfaction.

We used Casco Construction for our business build out and were very pleased with their services. Mike, the owner and a Veteran is very hands on and involved in each project they take on. We really felt like he cared about our business. We couldn't have been more pleased with John Trisdale who was our job supervisor. He worked so hard to ensure all deadlines were met and completed with efficiency. Overall the Casco team is worth your time and money. Couldn't ask for a better Construction Company!

Casco Construction built our new home last year.  Many people told us we'd be lucky if our marriage survived building a custom home.  On the contrary, it was a great experience!  If you choose the right builder, it will be a fun year.  Mike Casimiro and his whole crew - our excellent foreman Alex, Seth, John, Kevin, Gina, etc, are all great people and Mike only uses subcontractors who fit the same mold.  Mike is as honest a man as you will ever meet.  Don't get me wrong, there will be many unforeseen problems, issues and costs on a large project, but with someone like Mike, who clearly has your best interests at heart, resolution will be easy.  Our lot was difficult - on the side of a hill in an area with no cell communication, but Mike and his crew worked through all the difficulties with good cheer.  The finished product is beautiful - the envy of all our friends and neighbors!  I highly recommend Casco Construction for any building project!

Casco has been awesome to work with.  We've worked with the company on at least 5 projects in the past and have had nothing but exceptional experiences with them on all levels!  Highly recommend them to anyone.
