Steve took care of my mother's service (Patricia De Luisa) when she passed. I think 99% of funeral directors will do a competent job when it comes to these services. What I liked about Steve's service and the way he delt with myself my family and our guests is that Steve is folksy. It's been my experience when dealing with funerals they can be sullen and formal, and the directors are serious and stoic even though they've been through it hundreds of times. Steve is just Steve, and his positive upbeat persona worked well for me and my family.  Eddie
