I not only bought my home through Casey Margenau Fine Homes, multiple family members have sold their homes through them. I had heard about his reputation as a no nonsense, bull dog Realtor but to see it in action was really impressive. I received items from the seller that I never thought would be approved at the closing. Family members that sold houses with Casey had multiple items on the home inspection list thrown out. You really see the 30 years plus experience in the industry come through his negotiating skills when working on your behalf. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Casey brings 30 + years of expert experience in his field. My family is in the process of buying a place through Casey and we appreciate his guidance and knowledge and professionalism. He goes above and beyond to do what is best for his client and works in their best interest- A rare jem in his field.

As a professional photographer I’ve photographed many homes. Casey Margenau’s homes are the most beautiful homes I’ve stepped in.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Casey on Sunday to look at a listing that caught my eye. First and foremost, I sent him and email on Thursday or Friday asking if he had time to meet me and he responded immediately! He worked around me and my husband's schedule and was extremely accommodating.
Casey was waiting for us when we got there. He knew all about the house before we got there. Gave us his honest opinions and wasn't pushy AT ALL. That's honestly my biggest fear in these situations. It was quite the opposite. He heard what we were looking for and right away understood what my dream house looked like. He took us to a house near by and allowed us to do a walk-in. Not only that, he drove to a third location with us and reviewed his thoughts on that space. 
I know he's a busy man and very well known in the area, but when you are working with him, you feel like his only client due to his undivided attention.
