I've about had it with this Casey's. In the morning I'm always waiting at a very long line when everyone needs to get to work. This evening went in for our pizza that was not done after being told it would be an hr as the girl was doing nothing but talking to her friend but she had explained to me she was the only one working when I called for pizza and that's why it would take an hr. She was extremely rude and from what I saw she was not the only one in the kitchen. Grainvalley needs a quick trip.....

Beth is the BEST employee there. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Is quick to help when needed! She's GREAT!

Went in for kids to get pizza. Few slices bacon cheeseburger and nothing ready. See female prepping to get others out and in. She  had no people skills could not say a word to us knowing were waiting. Then to top it off no bags for the slices so the kids burnt there fingertips. Very poor service at great location for our family. Sad to say will not be returning to fill boat or any of my vehicles.

You can order online and foods ready when u arrive!! Awesome way to save time. Very clean friendly staff.

This particular location and most of them in Grain Valley cannot simply figure out how to make donut frosting that doesn't melt by the time you're checked out.
They have four cash registers and one cashier working everyday takes forever to check out. And they never have iced sugar cookies. Oh yeah I also forgot they never make anything but nasty hamburger and sausage pizza somebody needs to tell them there is also a thing called Canadian bacon and pepperoni.
