Yes, its brand new. Yes, there are 12 pumps. Yes, they boast 8 showers, a dining area. So, why the low score? 
Parking.
Why bother to stretch your corporate wings if your employees can't keep a roller grill with a few fresh hot dogs, and no one is in your Semi truck parking making sure the very customer you built the place to cater to can even park there? I counted seven dropped trailers, a regular truck (no trailer, no one in it, no DOT number, no Caseys logo) a huge piece of machinery dropped, and bobtails in the truck/trailer area, when several bobtail spaces were free (granted, they COULD have been on a re-set and that was all that was available at the time but could have slowly moved to a bobtail spot) its just a parking free for all, which is annoying. 
I get an already successful business wanting to branch out and grab a piece of the billion dollar truck stop dollar. Honestly I just cant imagine who does the designs and makes the policies, and who is simply training workers. The crusty old dogs almost made me laugh out loud.

The pizza is loaded with MSG a food additive used alot in Chinese food and buffet types. I never thought to ask and now I'm suffering from the pizza I ate caused intense headache and nausea.

Got the taco pizza. Just as good as I remember it 25 years ago. Gotta love it. Thank you Casey's for not changing the way you make pizza!

Men’s room was filthy. Smelled horrible. If you look closely it has been a very long time since the place has been detail cleaned. There was a long line waiting for food (wanted a sub sandwich) so I grabbed a slice of pizza and left. Won’t be back.
