Martha was kind, helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond with the customer service she gave me. APR is sky high but they make sure they explain everything to you before you sign and agree to a loan. Can't blame her...it's part of the business...I needed the money on the spot and didn't have time to wait for an approval by my bank.
