My brother recommended this location after all the loan offices around Columbus had driven me insane. I drove an hour to get here, the girls couldn't verify my brand new tags, so I had to come back the next day. Came back and we realize my home address is out of their loan area. The girls could've sent me on my way to fend for myself, but they didn't. They took the time to do all my paperwork, so that when I got to the branch closer to my home in Reynoldsburg, I just had to walk in and get my check pretty much. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond when they didn't have to. I absolutely recommend THIS office. Thanks ladies!
