This is a nice, cozy hotel, and very close to the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle casino. My only issue is the lack of accessibility. There are no handicap-accessible rooms, and although there are plenty of rooms on the 1st floor, many (if not all, I did not have time to check) have a large step in order to access the rooms. This can make getting in and out of rooms nearly impossible.
That being said, the front office staff I dealt with were absolutely amazing, and they were able to create a makeshift ramp in order for me to access my room.  This is something that should not have to happen, but I am glad they were more than willing to assist me with the issue.

The hotel was nice, they just took a while to clean it but all in all its very nice but kinda hidden, they should advertise more.. and get a pool too!

It was cozy with several issues needing attention. Such as inside safety lock not aligned so couldn’t dead bolt it, towel rack broken, phone not working, only one phone # to call, then voice mail was full, no donot distrib sign, the milk and juice with out it being chilled on ice, they came in the room knowing it was occupied. Need more consideration for the customers comfort. It was Thanksgiving and because of that the  price doubled. The rating should be between 2or 3 star!
