Nice friendly staff,  the 10pm-6am quiet time needed to be enforced better. During day very nice, at night the wannabees showed up music blaring, bass so loud that on 3rd floor it shook the windows. Going down to smoke outside in front of building was a treat in itself at night (advise taking your phone to record and take pics) I would advise Corporate to look into better securing the front area for their guest.

The public spaces appear to be newly renovated. The look was really comfortable. The banquet staff were all awesome and extremely helpful. We hosted a birthday for 60 ppl with a buffet and a/v.

This is a fun place to go.  They have free coffee and soda.  The beer is cheap.  They don't have as many penny slots as they used to, but there are still a lot to choose from.  It's non-smoking and I love that.  The security gaurds aren't friendly, but that's not a big deal to me.

The accommodations are beautiful! The only thing is there's no microwave in the room. U have to go all the way to the 'LL to use the 1 microwave in the garden room.
