I have had Casper Agency/Erie Insurance for decades for home, auto and commercial purposes. So have other members of my family. The services they provide are first-rate, with competent, informed and thoughtful advice. Their rates are very competitive and beat the offers I receive in the mail. 

Very customer service oriented with a talented, friendly staff too. It is so nice to deal with an agency that is without the trappings of the “big office” where no one knows who you are. It is a pleasure to have them on my team.

I've been coming to Casper Insurance Agency for nearly 4 years now. Months before I was a customer, Jim Barie who is now my Agent, went out of his way on a number of occasions to make sure that I was going to be satisfied.

4 years later and I couldn't be more satisfied. He has always made sure that I received the best coverage that I could afford, and answered any question I ever had, no matter how absurd. And if I was unable to reach Jim, anytime I spoke to the front desk, or other agents, they were just as helpful and kind. 

It's because of Jim's professionalism and all around good nature, I don't see myself ever dealing with another insurance agency. And I would recommend dealing with them over all others.

Our family has used Casper for years, and is extremely happy with its old-fashioned customer service.  The Casper team goes above & beyond to help its customers.   Jim just spent a lot of time putting some new policies into place for our family.  He's a really good insurance agent  and worked hard for us.

Was in a terrible accident in September of 2015 and tried going through the other guy's insurance and they gave me nothing but hassles even though it was his fault. Called Erie Insurance and everything was taken care of in a 24 hours! I'd never change insurance companies!
