It's the smallest international Airport I've ever been at. That being said, there tends to be a low volume of passengers which means everything gets done quicker. Four stars only because there really aren't any good amenities.

Air Traffic personnel were very professional. FBO has excellent customer service. Easy to get downtown. Would love to fly into CPR again.

I booked and paid for airport assistance for my wife round trip for my wife on United airlines to and from Casper, nothing, TSA was 100 percent ridiculous body search??? She can hardly walk.... Flying out of Ft. Myers, they didn't even scan her because of her condition, wake up Casper international airport, unacceptable!!!

Prices are high, but customer service is good. Also, ALOT more convienent then driving to Denver. What's your time worth? 
  TSA IS FRIENDLY Here and treat you like a person, not a potential threat. They do their jobs, but also know common sense.

Sooooo inefficient. So if you are TSA Pre, you can leave your shoes on. Unfortunately, there are no signs and no one there to tell you until you wait in line and get to the x-Ray machine where this very rude woman asks about a dozen pointless questions and holds up the line. Rather than notify people of what she wants and then give them time to do it, she does it at the last possible second. Rather than stand on the other side of the table and help,  they do everything right in front of the scanner. It is so absurd and weird. The airport still gets two stars though because it is very well maintained. Small town feel for sure.
