They are friendly people. They changed a lot such as when you apply for benefits you don't always have a interview there, they do telephone interviews. I am not to happy with the online system to much. I submitted proof of income etc. Well they claimed they never got it, so my case was closed. System constantly logs you out, freezes up, then you have to go through it again

Usually fairly helpful, though if you get into ANY sort of bad mood, they tend to be a lot less helpful.
