My hot water heater failed at about 2:30am filling the house with smoke. By 6:30 I was on Home Advisor searching for a plumber and by 7:00 I had a phone call from Cassidy Plumbing. By 5:00 the new hot water heater was installed in a professional, efficient and courteous manner. This is service at its finest and I am pleased to recommend Cassidy Plumbing to others.

Only one star because I had to.  Home warranty contacted Cassidy to take a look at the hot water heater.  Cassidy sent someone out, within two minutes they said the hot water heater needed to be replace and gives a quote of $4,200 to replace the hot water heater.  My wife tells the tech that we are using a home warranty and his reply is "we don't use home warranty companies." She says "Well, that is who contacted you for the service!" He goes back to his truck make a call and comes back with a reply, "We don't take third party checks" and just pulls off.  Day 2, at 2 in the morning we woke up to flooding and the ceiling about to collapse. We contacted the home warranty company again, they put in a call for Cassidy Plumbing and they refuse to come and take a look at the leak that apparently had gotten a lot worse. Here we are without water, ceiling almost collapsing, two kids, and a baby on the way, and they refuse to help! My suggestion is if you can find someone else to do the job use them instead!!

Quickly responded to my request submitted through Home Advisor. Scheduled my estimate for the next day, then replaced my water heater the day after that. The crew that came to do the work was over prepared if anything, and completed the work to my satishfaction in just a few hours. The only thing they forgot was to put the water meter cover back in place.

The service was horrible! They charged for work they didn't do! No help from the unprofessional Violet who always answers the phone. She has no record of who comes to your house or what work is performed. No invoices or receipts!!!  Do NOT waste your time. This company is a joke and a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!****** I wanted to give no stars but i couldn't post without at least 1********

Not a plumber but a handyman.  Re-installed a 10 yr old washer box that already leaked into a brand new laundry.  Who would do that? Only one tie-down strap was left on the box but he installed it anyway.  I guess the $750 quote didn't cover parts.  My husband had to redo it, which set our project back a week, which interfered with furniture delivery and be able to move it. The cascade effect cost us lots more money and stress.  Friendly and timely but not quality work.  Go with a real plumber, it's not worth it.
