Castaways Bowl

Poor customer service. The lady had a bad attitude and was over all lazy. She only had 15-32 open on what seemed to be a busy night considering the following experience. There was a pretty nice older gentleman that essentially got everything done. As our group of 6 finished our first game and was deciding if we wanted to pay for more than one game at a time and walked to the counter to speak with the lady she gave our lanes away "and claimed we we just sitting there". She then put us on lanes that I feel she knew were broken/malfunctioning because the older gentleman was the person who had to come over and fix the problem over three times and said he told her to switch us out because they weren't operating properly. After the 4th time she gave us new lanes for the second time as we were(obviously unsettled and not overall thrilled about our experience) we're quickly getting our things together to leave new people came to hover over us so they could take ownership of the lanes we had JUST claimed. I'd ONLY return if it's a last resort because the prices aren't bad and the food was good. Oh Yea did I say the food was good. They're cookies are delicious 😋

The counter service is good but the one star comes from the food service. The girls are horrible. Time management is rediculous for ex. They told me 20 mins for my 6 inch pizza and it took an entire hour. My nachos they told me 25 mins how are nachos going to take longer than a pizza (according to what they said) yet and still I waited an hr and a half for some damn nachos. The young ladies don't even acknowledge u when standing at counter they walk away and get on their phone you literally have to scream out when you want to order something. Love the bowling alley just the food service. I shouldn't be done with playing 2 full games that consist of 4 people and food still not done #unacceptable and they need help at bar as well

I've been coming to this bowling alley since I was 14 years of age. I'm 27...I've seen so many new faces it's crazy...the restaurant, which used to be A1, is now garbage...from new management on down. I asked for a specific way for my food to be done...it was not...then I asked for a remake and they tried to make me pay😑 clearly that's a no no...so the little girl behind the counter had a lil smirk on her face because I stopped responding to her and told her to get the manager...he made the experience even worse...no refunds...even if they mess up and don't cater to your allergies and they can have the worse customer service and you pay for it. I will never return for the food, but I always have a great time bowling here. 😊 So thanks for that I suppose.
