I’m glad I found and hired Castle Electric.  Their electricians installed one new GFCI outside and two new outlets inside, and repaired several indoor outlets.

Jim Sr. came out to do the estimate about 10 days before the job, and Laku and John did the work.  They showed up on-time, knew what the plan was, made it clear which rooms they wanted to start in, and got right to work.  They didn’t do unnecessary chopping of our plaster, and the new outlets went right where I wanted them.  Laku told me about a couple of outlets that didn’t need repairing after all, so Castle took those off the invoice accordingly.  The guys worked efficiently, didn’t scare our 3 hermit-like cats unnecessarily, and finished several hours before I assumed they’d finish.  They were serious about the clean-up, too.  If not for the new and fixed-up outlets I couldn’t tell they were here.

The communication and online scheduling were smooth, too.  Tracey (office manager) was friendly and sent confirmations at just the right times.  I’d forgotten to show Jim one outlet on our walk-through, but I sent him some clear pictures of it and he was able to add it to the quote post facto and for a reasonable amount.

Real smooth experience.  I would hire Castle Electric again.
