The property manager, Paul Gialedakis, is a pleasure to deal with! He is always very responsive and always goes out of his way to help you as much as he can. Anything I needed and had questions on he helped with right away. What a great property manager to have! I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. If anyone is looking to live in this condo it's great to know you will have a reliable and responsive property manager who has also been with the building for many many years!

I had a great experience with Castle Condo Management! The property manager, Paul G., was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to show me around the building and amenities, and even provided free hot dogs - what a nice surprise! The condo was well-maintained and the common areas were clean. Paul clearly cares about providing a positive experience for the residents. I would highly recommend Castle Condo Management to anyone looking for a responsive and tenant-focused property management company. Thanks Paul and the Castle Condo team!

Good service, friendly staff. We just had our commercial condo property parking lot and driveway paved. Paul Gialedakis helped us to get the job done right and economically.

Terrible management company. Paul constantly blames residents for his own communication errors. Do NOT recommend.

This company deserves no star if not a negative star. Been with this group since 2018 and no concern was addressed right away. I had a balcony in 2019 and it took us back and forth. In June 6, 2019 I expressed another concern related to my mailbox and none of them replied. Last June 28, 2021 after 2 years, I expressed the same concern regarding my mailbox. None replied until I put in my request online last July 2, 2021. I got a reply from Paul Gialedakis with "You may have the wrong mailbox." Up to this writing my mailbox is not yet fixed when I even clearly agreed with them that I am willing to pay for the lock.  This company should change their company policy from, “Make your home your Castle” to "Make your home a hell and mold infested."  Everything on their website is a complete BS. You call Paul Gialedakis and he will not call you back, send him an email - and you will be lucky if you get a response and that is to ask your board members Irfan Ahmad. I understand that he is a property manager but the back and forth emails from March 2024 up to now August 2024 for an issue since 2018 for a leaking balconies causing water damage and mold issues are so anxiety provoking especially knowing that not only my unit was affected but the adjacent units as well but still no response. For someone paying monthly maintenance fees and not even getting the service that paying clients deserve. Working with this group and the TSCC 2000 board members are a huge disappointment.  Really, please change your company policy- you were never available to your resident.

I have had countless great experiences with Paul from Castle Condo Management. Paul is very thorough and efficient and has a commendable work ethic. He is very much for his homeowners and tenants. The needs of others are placed first and it is very evident that he takes pride in the properties he manages. As a homeowner, there has yet to be a time where I have brought forth an issue or concern, where it was not addressed right away. Paul is a people person and truly has the goodness of our community’s heart at the forefront of his business. I would highly recommend any communities or businesses currently looking for representation to work with Paul and Castle Condo Management. Truly one of a kind management.

I have been in the real estate profession for 15 years and condo management companies have often been a source of frustration, many of them. How refreshing that Castle Condo Management relieved all of my stress instead of adding to it. From the very start I received amazing service; above and beyond what I expected! Paul has been a pleasure to work with, he was responsive, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. He knows his building well and he looks after it with care. He responded to my calls and queries even after hours and did so immediately. I give Paul my highest rating because there are very few companies I have dealt with that were so great to work with!

My review is based on my experience of owning a condominium for almost two decades. Paul Gialedakis and his team  perform their responsibilities to the highest level of excellence and treat the citizens of this little community with respect and care. Recently I lost my beloved husband,  Paul  came to my home personally and offered his sympathy and solacing words.  The management sent me a beautiful basket of flowers and expressed their sympathy.  Jose and Giulio are super supportive and excellent professionally. These folks give a human face to a management corporation.

I know Paul since i moved in my Condo, but got to know him better when i became a board member. Paul is very professional and know the ins and outs of the property management business. He helped us saved a lot of money in variety of maintenance work and other projects. But his biggest achievement for our building was to get the restoration work of more than 3 Million done with a negative reserve fund balance. With a careful assessment plan for owners and negotiation with the vendor, we not only managed to pay off all outstanding on time, but at the same time building financial situation has been improved a lot.

When I first met Paul Gialedakis It was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and the experience we were looking for in a property manager. He has been very easy to work with, quick, reliable, professional and he is always a phone call away 24/7. I would highly recommend using Castle Condo for your property.
