Excellent customer service , if they don't have a part you need they will go  a mile to find it for you. And if they find it they'll go an extra mile go get it for ya.

Parked here and decided to choose Napa for my oil purchase, and got yelled at from across the street by one of the employees or probably even the owner. All I can say is there is probably a reason I didn't walk in. Either way he lost our business for sure. Don't even bother with this place.

Horrible experience. ...tried to return a part that was never opened. They opened it....cut the packing tape that sealed the box and said it was damaged. First the clerk tried charging a 15% restocking fee then the manager came up and said he wouldn't take it back at all. They sold it damaged we never opened it and then the refused to take back there damaged product.  Not a company we will do business with again or recommend.
